fix(profile): Various Improvements to 1080p Encode

Browse Source 
- Reduce BHDStudio Score, now inline with lower tier WEB (Netflix, Hulu, etc)
- Remove BeyondHD from Encode tier list
- Add custom format for h265, negate h265 releases in 1080p Encode
- x264 Custom Format now negates WEBs
