99eb353acd refactor(everything): Scoring Refactor, 720p Fallback, Streaming Service Improvements 
- Adjust scoring for each profile to better differentiate resolution and release type
- Add 720p Fallback
- Change streaming service names to match their regex targets
- Add Stan, BCORE streaming services
- Negate bleeding edge codecs (AV1, VVC)
- Reduce scene score
- Various tag/name improvements

c2d2ad9812 tweak(regex): Add word boundary before "MA" 
- Needed to stop matching words that include MA in them, like the streaming service "ABEMA"
