99eb353acd refactor(everything): Scoring Refactor, 720p Fallback, Streaming Service Improvements 
- Adjust scoring for each profile to better differentiate resolution and release type
- Add 720p Fallback
- Change streaming service names to match their regex targets
- Add Stan, BCORE streaming services
- Negate bleeding edge codecs (AV1, VVC)
- Reduce scene score
- Various tag/name improvements
